not true ,any good scholar can give you fatwah ,and do not take fatwah from bad scholar even if he was the imam of kabbah .

Trust me this is the worst place to get any fatwah no one here is entitled to give it.

I dunno what your question is sister, but you can try to ask an Imam at a Masjid. I don't know an online Shaikh, but i know Masjid Imams. IF you need further help send me a pm.
