I doubt Yahoo has any policies regarding religion. They aggregate the same news that can be found on any English-language news aggregator, like Google, MSNBC, or BBC. If you look at the sources of the articles, you will find that Yahoo did not write them at all; newspaper reporters did and Yahoo is linking the article from a news group like AP or Reuters.

A better question would be if the cultures these companies are a part of are anti-Islam, since the companies are only showing news that people from that part of the world read.

However, I think it's more likely that they are just showing news about actual events that occurred, written from a person with a perspective that is not necessarily from Islam. This doesn't make it anti-Islamic, it just means it's not from a pro-Islamic perspective. If there is an article about a robbery in Texas, that doesn't mean the reporter hates Texans, it just means that there was a robbery in Texas and the reporter hasn't gone through any lengths to state their opinions about Texas or its people.
