Yes, I had this and continue to have it.
I reported it to TalkTalk but they have contacted me to say it is not their problem, but AOL's.
I made the mistake of telephoning AOL and they did not have a clue what I was talking about and just told me to log in via aol.co.uk (which I have been doing since I encountered this problem).
My concern, which was not acknowledged by AOL, is that there is some sort of security problem.
But talking to AOL technical support is like wading through treacle.
So I don't have a reason why this stupid dog bowl is happening but I can get my emails so I am changing the way I log in.

Hi, I don't have clue how to fix it, but I live in Ireland too, (in Co Down), and its been on my computer for about 16 hours now. If I find an answer I'll let you know.
