Interlaken is a small town surrounded by mountains situated between Lake Brienz and Lake Thun. If you are going in June you cam also take a short cruise into the lake.

Grindelwald which is quite near Interlaken is a small skiing village within the mountains. You can take a cable car to 'First' which is the highest peak accessible from here. There are also two other cable cars to two more peaks.

Jungfraujoch is the top of europe at 3454 mts. It is also the highest railway station and the highest post office. Schilthorn can be reached via Lauterbrunnen by taking a cable car from Murren.
