When I go to the gym and lift weights.?
.... If i do 2 sets high reps low weights, then two sets of high weight low reps, will I gain muscle and tone at the same time?

Okay, guys. He didn't say anything about supplements. So stick to answering his question!
I think that would be good. And try to get a little higher on the heavy reps and lighter reps each week. (add 5 lbs. or whatever you decide)
Or try having a size week, and then a tone week,
In my opinion you should get the size you want first, then tone them.
But they are your arms! ;) good luck.

I'm pretty sure that will work for u. But try to have a tone week, and size up the other week.

DONT take food supplements ever they will make you lose water wait which will make you dehydrated!! BAD!!
