(This is one we all know...) Meat people buy in stores is factory farmed. They eat a horrible unhealthy diet filled with growth hormones. So what people THINK is healthy, is actually so...so..bad. Meat eaters should go for free range meat products made locally. Those animals are actually raised on farms and fed the right diet without all the hormones and stuff.

    Alsooo...

Unfortunately, vegetables are grown all year round now. Soils are depleted so fruits and veggies (That aren't in season or local) aren't as good for us as they were 30 years ago. We would have to eat so much more fruit and vegetables to get the full nutritional value our bodies need.

So take advantage of local farmers markets that sell local (or semi local) products when they are in season. They'll be sooo much better for you.
