NO! All we have to do though is convince the progressives to uphold the Constitution and allow the authorities to do their jobs and round them up and ship them back out.
Poocat1 the Constitution does in fact address that distinction very clearly.

Based on emotion alone, the answer would be no. However, the Constitution does not make that distinction. It says all people living in the U.S. It does not say that legal citizens are the only ones who can claim these rights.
Personally, I would like to see an amendment to our Constitution that does make a distinction between legal and illegal people living here...or flying into here from outside our country (like the Christmas Day bomber for example) Our rights should be JUST FOR US. We have paid for those rights with the lives of those who fought to bring them into existence in the first place (our founders) as well as with the lives of those who still serve to protect them.

you have a element, yet you're incorrect approximately who the form replaced into written "for"; the unique protections defined interior the U. S. shape utilized purely to white male assets vendors, are you suggesting we revert to that "custom"? you're able to truthfully have had NO "Constitutional rights" to something, you haven't any longer have been given the main appropriate plumbing. in case you surely have faith in liberty & justice (that's what maximum persons creating fairly some noise on the subject of the form commonly say), then you truly might desire to be desirous to share it with all mankind; the greater of the international's inhabitants that come to stay decrease than an American-type shape there are, the greater clientele there are for American-type capitalism, and the greater advantageous off all of us could be. the excellent thank you to coach foreigners how sturdy your equipment is is to advance its advantages to them, so as that they comprehend.

Yes and they already do. First you have to prove they are illegals in law before no constitutional rights.

No you shouldn't. To be given those rights makes the constitution null and void

no for many differant reasons, its not our fault that the cards they were delt with are unfair where they are from. this is suppose to be a free country lol that is funny when you see people come over here and get tax free business ops, get approved for house that are out of this world that us american born cant even get close to getting. we have to go to school, get a job, go back to school and go in debt and still dont get close to what was given to them. we wonder why we are in debt lol that is because they are taking all of our jobs...were the ones who have to work harder to get what we want they are given it

You do have the same rights, but there is no reason they should, especially when the Government complains about the immigration issue.
