IE still shutting down?

Thanks for the replys to my earlier question but have tried all the suggestions with no luck. When trying to log into websites when I click log in after entering my password IE shuts down and I'm back to my desktop. I can log in with Chrome and Firefox but on one site the graphs I'm interested in are not there. I've upgraded my antivirus and firewall and scanned whole pc with one trojan deleted. I've then removed IE and reinstalled but still having the same problem. Any ideas or will I have to take my pc to the doctors?

    Internet explorer is becoming less compatible since fewer people are using it, and I've found that exactly which sites is entirely down to the computer it's on. Try installing a load of plugins for firefox (like Adobe player).

    Sounds like you need to update plugins.

    You know with MS continuous updates, Java updates, Adobe and such these are the very things that will screw up the internet, not the virii or hackers.

    try safari. i really like it because its easy and safe
