Is this an okay exercise routine?
My goal is to stay in shape, while also staying injury free. I used to run for 60-70 minutes everyday without a break, and I ended up with a lot of overuse injuries, understandably. Now that I know a bit more about recovery time and such, I'm trying to figure out a way to get satisfying workouts on a daily basis without causing myself injury. Here's what I plan to do:
Monday- 45 minutes of deep water running with a flotation belt (interval workout where I go 5 minutes of warmup, and then repeats of three minutes hard and one minute easy, then warmdown)
Tuesday- 50 minutes at a moderate tempo on the elliptical
Wednesday- same deep water running
Thursday- same elliptical
Friday- same deep water running
Saturday- lap swimming
Sunday- same elliptical
Is that okay? I look at the Saturday as a day to train something other than my legs and that way I can still get a workout in while giving my legs time to heal. Is this is a good routine for staying in shape while also staying injury free? I'm trying to focus on low impact cardio.

Yes this is a good workout routine and is low impact but still high intensity. You may want to factor in one day off though, as your body needs time to recover and rest in between.
