IPOD TROUBLE ! PLEASE HELP ! :(?

Question

Hi, My Ipod added ALL my twins shitty music and all my good music was replaced with hers ! Is there anyway I can get mine back on or at least delete all **** music from mine ? *yea they are that shitty that id be willing to lose $90 dollars* 
     OH it happend when it was being synched >:( and it seems like all my backup songs are hers !?  Thanks for any help, info, or anything to cheer me up :) P.S If I go to seeting ect...it says delete Ipod.....can i do that, if I do what would happen ? Thanks :D .....If I call an Apple store can I or they restore my original music ? Have a great night !!! :)

Just plug in your ipod and go underneath the ipod to where it says music then go through and delete the songs you dont want on then and it will only take them off the ipod and not off the computer. If you want to add only certain songs then make sure the automatically add all music box is unchecked underneath the settings so that it wont automatically sync all ur music to it when you plug it in. If you uncheck that box you will just have to drag and drop the music you  want from your library onto the ipod.

is your music still on it? if so, when your ipod is plugged into the computer and you are on itunes, right under where it says sync music, click the bullet that says selected playlists, artists, and genres. then just pick the artists that you want on the right side of the screen and apply it to your ipod

Bummer. As mobleyj... said you could delete all of the music you don't want. But getting your stuff back could be tough. I say you call apple.
