make- up help?! Plz!!?

I only but on blush and eyeliner and mascara. my blush does not always stay on. do i need to put face Powered on my face so it does? any good make up tips?

Putting on a moisturizer first is a great help. You may want to use a light foundation or setting powder over your make up. It does make a big difference. A light mineral powder will set your blush and keep your eyeliner from running to your cheeks.
Check to make sure your blush is fresh, as time will diminish the product and make them rancid.
