Update on why Hogans with TNA.?

Question

According to an interview on this website: http://pwtorch.com/artman2/publish/TNA_News_1/article_37788.shtml Hulk Hogan is not with TNA to wrestle.  He's there to help TNA wrestlers with medical problems, and to fight with WWE January the 4th.

But during this interview he says that Shawn Michaels hasn't done anything since his match with Hogan in the summer of 2005.  He also says that when Shawn Michaels came out to his segment with Vince, he broke character and said, "I know I can beat Undertaker give me another chance."
Now what gets me is: How can Hogan be so full of himself, as if Michaels' match with the Undertaker, Jericho, and JBL wasn't good?
And what does Shawn have against the Undertaker?  Is he so jealous that he can't lose a match to anybody without trying to get even?  This is kinda what happened in '97, Michaels letting his jealousy get in the way of business.

Hogan isnt there to wrestle is obvious, he is there to fix the creative part of tna as well as its production value. Everyone knows tna have better wrestlers but there creative direction tends to suck with bizarre booking.

What he meant about shawn michaels is that he hasnt done anything really meaningful in the sense that he has taken on taker before and had better matches than there one at wm (there hell in a cell in 1997 recieved a 5star rating from dave meltzer which is really hard to get). His point was shawn hasnt done anything new for a long time. 

And about ur questions about shawn, it is scripted. Shawn is supposed to come out and try to build up a rematch for wm and get people excited. Shawn has only lost once to taker and that was at wm25. However im quite sure hbk v taker wont happen this wm.

Hulk Hogan is with TNA to give TNA name value. Hulk Hogan is no longer a draw IN THE RING, but can still bring NAME VALUE to TNA, which TNA needs

Hulk Hogan has NOT been good in the ring since the mid 90s, BUT, Hogans matches with Undetaker, HBK, The Rock, Randy Orton, and Triple H since his big comeback in 2002 to WWE have been relatively solid considering they were Hogan matches. People paid money to see Hogan in those matches, which means he's still a name

Shawn, in storyline, is trying to convince Vince to book him in another match with Taker because it will draw. Both HBK and Taker are huge names, but that does not mean they will put on a better match than their WM 25 match

Hogans so stuffed up his own *** that he can't see how bad he is as a person and wreslter.
Shawn wants to have a great match with taker because they are a good feud that hasn't gotten old.
