ok so alice from Resident Evil: Extinction, does her powers come from the dead alices or from the pods @ d end?

The pods are made from the real alice, the one that died in the second movie. They are clones that were made from Alice's DNA after the Umbrella corporation found her at the end of the first movie. each person who was affected with the virus (T-virus) had different results or they turned out different. Matt, from the first movie (only other survivor besides Alice), was changed into one of the creatures that plague Raccoon city. However, he was able to recognize and help Alice at the end of the second movie. So, he was not a complete monster like some of the others.

With this being said, Alice, between the end of the first movie and the beginning of the second movie was infected with the T-virus. However, her DNA was able to adapt to the virus, like the little girl from the second movie. Alice's infection with the T-virus allowed her to physically and mentally stay the same as she was before she was infected, but it also allowed her to adapt and to manifest new powers (guess that is what you can call them), like the heightened senses, telekinetic powers you see in the third movie.

So, I really do not think her powers derive from the cloning process, but rather from her infection and adaption to the T-virus given to her after the first movie, which is when you begin to see a lot of the weird behavior from her.
