Should these people be prevented from growing their own ?

GARDENERS who use a communal greenhouse to grow fruit and veg have been told they must tear it down because of health and safety rules. 
Area housing officer for St George’s Community Housing, said the greenhouse must go or it will be torn down.

check deed restrictions, more and more communities are doing this kind of thing. here in central florida i know communities you need permission for any landscaping and a greenhouse would definitely be a no no. do i agree with this NO but read the fine print, there are people that want to control everything. it's not related to the greenhouse; but i have seen people want all the little red flags on mail boxes removed, "they are tacky". some people just have too much time on their hands.
