The guy I am dating makes 10 times more than me, should I expect him to pay for dates?
It seems like we always go to nicer restaurants and we split the bill, but i am having a hard time paying for my share, i can't afford it. He thinks I make more money than I really do. I suggest cheaper places to eat but he gives an 'eww' look at me... He thinks that i run a catering business and i have a rich family but i'm actually just a waitress.. i know i lied but i thought he would not like me...
am i screwed?

I believe the guy always pays. Just my thing I guess.

It's time to go over your finances with him. If he truly understands your income situation, he will begin offering to pay for the dates. But wait just one minute; you're not off the hook that easily. If you get him to pay for all of the dates, he will begin losing respect for you. Keep it interesting by taking him out every once in a while and make a big deal about it calling it "date night on me". Show him that you care and that you want to be fair, but that you aren't in the same financial situation that he is.
