is it okay to do this much exercise?

Is it okay to do cardio everyday? I typically alternate doing a day of 70 minutes on the treadmill at a 8% incline, and then a day of deep water running for 45 minutes (no impact). Is it okay not to take a break? I'm paranoid about injuries, but I feel awful if I don't exercise everyday. When I get back to school, I'll be doing a three day rotation, with an additional variation of 50 minutes on the elliptical.

    Sometimes "Less is more". Everyone is different, and have their limits. Listen to your body. If you feel fatigued, have a hard time sleeping, getting bad sleep, feel cranky, and are sore even if you rest....then you should take 1-3 days off. The average person that is just starting out would suffer from over training on your workout. However natural athletes may have no problems. In a nutshell...
