How could a Nigerian terrorist be called a " SUSPECT" by the Obaama Administration?

Because guess what? That terrorist has rights! Imagine that. But he does. And he is innocent until proven guilty, even though I am sure his undies spoke for themselves, it still doesn't prove his "intent"... and it's called "isolated" because only 1 person tried to blow up a plane that day or in the days/weeks leading to it.

The system we love so much ALSO works to protect those we shouldn't be protecting.

'Innocent until proven guilty' - this concept is enshrined in law, and anyone who attempts to change it seeks to destroy the whole of the rule of law.

I dont recall any other attempts this year... the last airline bombing was richard reid (about 2003?) was it not? I would call that fairly isolated

this guy is going to be sentenced and found guilty... all the evidence points to his guilt.

however, in law he is innocent until proven guilty... if you remove this for one man, you remove if for everyone, and the result would be vigilante justice, people killed or being put in jail merely on the word of a disgruntled neighbour.

The law has evolved from millions of cases over hundreds of years... you cant pull it down over one case because you object to the president using a word you don't agree with.

The reason he is called "Suspect" is bc we live in America where everyone is entitled to a fair trial guilty or Innocent. Even if you confess you get a trial. And it is isolated b/c they don't have the proof they need to place in with a known organization.

Well I belive that this scumbag is really incapable of doing what he was doing on the plane, as a fellow nigerian myself, I think the majority of it is somehow to understand the situation that whereas stated that being said alone and the fact of the matteris that this person is a true terroist to all nigerians and to our beloved country.

Same reason ANYBODY in ANY CRIME is called a suspect until they are charge, tried, and convicted.

obama has a lot in common with the nigerian terrorist. Obama is a muslim african. Obama associates with terrorists. Obama hates America. Obama has more in common with the terrorists than he has with normal Americans.
