My internet on my laptop randomly stopped working?

it was working fine for since i can remember, then one day i try to connect and it doesnt let me it says "wondows cannot find any networks". when i physically hook my laptop up tp the router thing it works, but not like wireless. and yes, the wireless switch is in the right place. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!

go into your router and re-configure your wireless network again.  Turn off all security, and see if the laptop sees the network.  

If it can't see the network still, then I would say uninstall/reinstall your wireless network card.  

once you establish that the network can be seen, then go back and reconfigure the Wireless security options of your choice.
