I have an assignment due december 13th that i really need help on, I dont know how to do it at all! Please!?

•	Develop documentation for human resources professionals to manage a specific employment position. The materials you create would assist human resources professionals to choose, train, and develop successful employees toward helping the company meet its goals.

•	Reference at least one human resources journal and at least one reputable Web site for human resources professionals, in addition to the text.

•	Focus all five project deliverables on a single employment position. The deliverables are as follows: 

o	Executive summary
o	Presentation on job analysis
o	Tips for the selection process
o	Script for orienting new employees
o	Training proposal

•	Format your paper according to APA guidelines.



The employment position i chose is Correctional Officer.

Write, basically, a manual for a Human Resources professional to use when hiring a Correctional Officer. Make sure to include how you would train the employee and how you would keep him happy so he would stay with the company and feel the need to go further. You have to use the lay out that they gave you to write it. So that's the executive summary thing... blah blah blah... and you have to reference a human resources journal in your work and it has to be to APA guidelines (which they probably told you about in class)

Also talk to your teacher and classmates and be like "Yo, I don't get this!"

Look at old notes too and Google things you don't know about.
