help me please I'm scared???

I don't regularly wear flip flops. I almost always wear more supportive shoes like sneakers. I only wore them because I was at a friend's house, we were going to a dance party, and I didn't think my sneakers were appropriate.

Update:

I have been having some foot pain after a full day of wearing flip flops and dancing in them at a party. Because I'm completely paranoid about injuries since I love to exercise, I've been trying to self diagnose the problem. My first instinct was a stress fracture of the metatarsal. The thing is that if I press in various places on my foot, there's no where that I press that results in bad pain. Because of this, should I rule out a stress fracture? It would seem that if I pressed on a fractured area, there would be rather excruciating pain of some kind.

A stress fracture would be extremely painful to touch, and unless someone stepped on your feet while dancing it's most likely not a fracture. Perhaps it's a muscle or tendon pain? Your foot may be sore from the lack of arch support of most types of flip flops. It should go away in a few days but it you're worried it might be good to visit a podiatrist.

Flip flops don't have much support for your feet.

See a podiotrist (sp?) if I were you.
