The undefinable causeless cause is our highest principle, Parabramam. Is it possible to know anything of the First Cause? No doubt it is possible to know something about it. It is possible to know all about its manifestations, though it is next to impossible for human knowledge to penetrate into its inmost essence and say what it really is in itself. Parabrahmam by itself cannot be seen as it is for it is an unconditioned and absolute reality with a sort of veil thrown over it. It is seen by the Logos and that veil is the mighty expanse of cosmic matter. It is the basis of all material manifestations in the cosmos. For instance, the sun may be compared with the Logos; light and heat radiate from it; but its heat and energy exist in some unknown condition in space, and are diffused throughout space as visible light and heat through its instrumentality. Such is the view taken of the sun by the ancient philosophers. In the same manner Parabrahmam radiates from the Logos, and manifests itself as the light and energy of the Logos. In answer to your question, this is the methodology. The impartation of the essence into us as explained above comes with a desire to create and it is this desire that "makes us do things". It is built in so to speak and when once the understanding becomes fruitful of how it works, there are no limits. It far exceeds free will and more closely resembles organic growth of living fire.

God doesn't make you do things, but encourages. I learn a lot through trial and error. I notice the difference in outcomes between doing what I WANT to do and doing what I SHOULD do.

"The bitter cup we strive to remove from us holds the medicine we are in the most need of."

Over time, you will come to listen to your heart and intuition. It's more difficult, but the end result pays off.

I hope that's the kind of answer you were looking for...

This has to do with the concept of free will versus God's sovereign control. I believe God knows what paths each of us will choose of our own free will. So, we are responsible for the consequences of our decisions but God knows the outcome ahead of time. I tend to agree with the answer on this subject provided by FREEDOM a few days ago: God knows events before they occur and the character and choices of men before they are born (Ac. 2:23; Ro. 8:29; 11:2; 1 Pe. 1:2). God planned man's salvation before the creation (Ep. 1:5,11). This does not mean God arbitrarily chooses who will be saved and who will not be. He has revealed that He wants all men to be saved (1 Ti. 2:3,4; Jn. 3:16; 2 Pe. 3:9). God knows the future and knows who will receive His offer of salvation; predestination is based on God's foreknowledge and has more to do with what the Christian is predestinated TO than WHO is predestinated (1 Pe. 1:2; Ro. 8:29). Predestination assures eternal salvation.Forordain is God's prior knowledge of and bringing to pass of events according to His will (1 Pe. 1:20). Foreordain is translated from the same Greek word as foreknow

The Holy Spirit convicts of sin and proves the scriptures. Just like your mother.

First He don't make us do anything that we don't want to do, He gives us all free will it is our choice to follow Him or go the other path. I choose to follow Him and, He guides me, leads me through His Holy Spirit, at least that is how He works with me. Blessings

God doesn't MAKE us to anything. We were all born with a free will. He doesn't control us.

God gives you freewill. If you don't want to follow him then you will die in your sin and go to hell and it is up to the person. We have went against God, we have lied, cheated and stolen therefore we deserve hell. God doesn't make us do things we want to do them.

His love makes me want to live for him. If your mom is nice to you. Would you curse her?

He doesn't. That would be control. He allows you to have a free will and to choose whether or not to love him in return for his love to you.

You seek the good and can't help seeking the good even if you try. So the good is how.
