I found this picture on the internet, and I thought it was intresting.
The thing is, I was wondering if there is a meaning behind it?

I belieive this is a fine example of where intertextuality comes into play. A syringe going through a tongue with blood pouring out everywhere could represent anything if in the right context. It is a cool picture though.

I can give you and an advice that's don't try to convert pictures to words because pictures got thousand words that you can't explain.and also it's relative person to person.
