    The soda's fizz is caused by carbon dioxide gas diffused into the soda. If you want the appearance of fizz, you can add mentos to some sodas and they will fizz up. If you want a fizzier soda that tickles your tongue and throat more, add carbon dioxide to the soda.

    You would need some type of pressure system to do this.
