How do I get rid of my gut?

I work out 3-4 times a week, chest and tris, back and bis, shoulders, and sometimes a leg day if I go that fourth day. I usually work out for an hour and a half including about 15 minutes of cardio warm up. I still have a little gut, and just want some tips. Run more? Sit ups? Eat less? What do you think?

    From what it looks like you are in pretty good shape, you just want to beef up the abs. Do NOT do anymore regular situps. They will just push your muscles out making your tummy look a bit bigger. CARDIO is key. 15 minutes isnt going to cut it. try 30min jogging twice a week and interval sprints for 30min twice a week on top of what you are doing. Also when you start to see the tummy shrink, work on your entire core, this will help "suck" it in. oblique twists, leg lifts, back excercises too. Drink alot of water and cut down on anything alcohol if you drink.

    running or any other form of cardio is very important when trying to achieve abs. it helps reveal the abs more by cutting the fat away from the stomach. also doing different variations of stomach exercises such as crunches, jack knife situps and static holds will help with abs than just doing situps alone. also try to eat sufficient amounts of protein or the body will cannibalize protein stores in the body and cause muscle loss.

    You need to eat better, not less.

    If you eat 4-5 small meals a day, it keeps your insulin level steady, so your food wont be transmitted into fat.

    Cardio can be helpfull, burt situps wont really do much, you have to burn off the excess fat.

    yeah...... by taking a knife and stab your gut take it out.
