Are the atheists saved at the White Throne Judgment if they led their lives like Christians?

It depends on what your definition of Christians is. I believe there will be many people of Muslims, Christians, Hindus, Jews and others that won't be going to heaven but the other place. If they have lived their lives as a true Christian who would follow the teachings of Jesus and keep "ALL" the commandments and follow "ALL" the bible then I believe yes they would be saved and at White Throne Judgement would receive eternal life.

The bible shows that those who have not known God and the Messiah will have a chance to know him when they are resurrected, and they will also then be free from the will and temptation of Satan to make their choice. It will still have to be on repentence and faith though.

One receiving and led by the Holy Spirit is a changed person. He has undergone a renewing of the mind. Until the knowledge of the human spirit in man was revealed, and that God’s Spirit can unite with human spirit, true salvation could not be fully understood. Those who have sinned little will be beaten with few stripes, but those who have sinned greatly, knowing God’s will, with many stripes (Luke 12:47-48). But the penalty for sin is death in the final last judgment. Since all have sinned, all shall be judged guilty and sentenced. But they shall learn that Jesus Christ paid their penalty in their stead. And in repentance, demonstrated by performance, they will be given an opportunity yet at that time to choose life, and be made immortal.

I’m not so sure that today’s Atheist would be able to claim that he does not know God or Jesus. Would anybody living today be able to claim that they have not heard the word or had the chance to get to know God and the messiah Jesus Christ? If you have known God and Jesus and have seen the word but still rejected and been openly hostile all your life to that, then I don’t believe it would be possible to jump train tracks right before judgment, when you are resurrected. The wrong decision could be playing an eternally dangerous game.

No. Salvation is by grace, through faith. Another way to say this is that salvation is dependent on what Christ did, not how an individual lived his or her life. If you do not accept Christ, you are a sinner and will be punished in hell. If you accept Christ, you are still a sinner, but your sins have been punished on the cross through Christ's death.
