need help with downloads!!?

Question

Where can I download youtube videos FOR FREE and turn it into different FORMATS ( like mp3, mp4, 3GP etc)?
I've tried leawo and easymovieconverter.com before, 

but in leawo they always say that the flv converter is busy and in easymovieconverter I always have to take this stupid quiz before I can download -.-..

Please recommend me some softwares or websites that are free..and not only for the time being but forever
