Does this guy like me?

I'm kind of confused about what this guy really thinks about me? At school he says at least something to me everyday and often jokes around and flirts with me a lot. There was this one time where I was getting up from my seat to ask my bio teacher a question and he stopped me and was like "let me help you," and it funny cuz he didn't know the answer. But anyway, he also does weird things like makes give him high fives and sometimes hugs. He flirts with me a lot, and sometimes I flirt back but he had an oppritunity to kiss me at a party once and never did it. He's really nice to me, so I'm confused if he actually likes me or not or if he just likes flirting with me...
