so i've been looking into careers and i really thought Being a Talent Scout for a big record company would be something i'd like to do. So i'm asking you Y!A, what does it take to be a talent scout for a record company?
i need answers to questions such as:
what education do i need
what does the job require
how about annual salary?

Academics really don't have much to do with it.
In your case, get a BBA and only apply for jobs with recording companies - no matter how lowly. Do a good job and work your way up.
