So I was thinking white accessories (use the hat I have, white shoes and white bag). What do you think - do you have any other ideas for me? Or any way to fancy up the hat I have to make it more unique?

you need to just do the hat and maybe a pearl bracelet or white bracelet. The dress is gorgeous but it has loud colors. You don't want to distract from the dress with too much accesories. The hat and white bag and white bracelet would be ok, but make the bag a white clutch.
