800-868-6417 keeps calling me?

Over the past 2 months I have received about 10 calls in the evening on my cell from this number. When I answer, I hear a few bars of music and then it hangs up. Very strange, any thoughts.

    it's obvious that it's some kind of bill collector. if you don't want them to call change your # number cause i'm sure they will keep on calling and harassing you till the bill is paid as that is there job.
