How unhealthy is it not to eat at all? (serious question, scientific answers please)?

How unhealthy is it to eat very little a day, my day usually consists of this.

Breakfast - 2 Eggs/1 bowl of cereal

Lunch - 2 cans of tuna and some fruit/or small leftovers from the night before.

Supper - Usually a good sized meal with salad or fruit after, Porl chops/spaghetti/good sized steak/burger/and other things cooked on a grill

and i always fit in fats and proteins, i know alot about good things and bad things to eat and why, but how little is unhealthy? i make sure i get in all my vitamins and minerals a day keep in mind....

lol yea i forgot to mention i already drink "stuff" for acai.

i don't need you to tell me i need to eat more or less of what, i know what i need every day, and i get it, what i put in was an average, i eat fruits/vegetables 2 out of 3 meals and usually as a snack. I'm asking if i am eating too little OVERALL if it is a hazard to health, and how serious it may be.

    It depends upon your gender, age, frame size, level of activity, etc. Your diet doesn't sound horrible, though you do seem to be lacking vegetables. You can use online calculators to figure out your basal metabolic rate, and then adjust for your activity levels. After a while, you may need to adjust even more based upon how you look and feel.

    If you eat too little, it is likely that your body will sacrifice muscle mass and/or slow your metabolism, which is not desirable.

    Your question is not clear.

    From all the animal products you are eating I would suspect your cholesterol is very high. You need to be eating more fruit and vegetables.

    The RDA recommends that we take in 0.8 grams of protein for every kilogram that we weigh (or about 0.36 grams of protein per pound that we weigh) You are probably going way over that amount. The typical American eats twice the protein they need.
