itunes help please :)?

I've asked this twice, but nobody has helped.. When ever I open iTunes, I get a pop up saying "Program Not Responding." I've repaired it, upgraded to iTunes 9, uninstalled and reinstalled it, and various other things I was told to try, but nothing works! Help!
