Does anybody know of a tutorial out there about fetching videos using php and playing it in a web page?

Question

I have done a bit of research and have programmed forms using php but what I would like to do is store the videos (or the path to those videos) in a database then fetch it and display it in a web page using PHP.

Does anybody know of a step-by-step tutorial out there that can do what I have described?
