is coconut water is good/ok/safe/not harmful in any case for infants/ mother feeding babies?
my baby is 5 month old. i want to know that is nariyal paani good for him ?

Ofcourse ! Coconut water is the best as compared to other liquids.
But, If consumed in evening it creates gastric problems, even in adults.
In your case the infant is just 5 months so you'll have to surely ask an expert- paedetrician. Like Dr. R . K. Anand from jaslok Hopspital.
