If you can figure out the media's love affair with the Obama administration, please explain it to me.

The libs who make up the main stream media could care two cents for our soldiers on the battlefront. I would guess that few, if any of the media, actually served in the military. To them our soldiers were just numbers and an instrument to hit the Bush Administration over the head with. Despite growing concern over Obama's policies, the left leaning media still supports him and hence there is no daily death count of our soldiers in Afghanistan.

The media is biased. The Obama followers are like sheep. He could slaughter all the conservatives, and they would find justificaiton in it. These people are the ignorant of America. More soldiers are being killed than ever. They won't focus on that, because their mighty king might look bad.

It's sleazy marketing...gotta keep Obama looking like he knows what he's doing:

If the events in this article had transpired on George W. Bush’s watch, the loony liberals would be baying for his blood. “Quagmire” would appear in every other article in the media, along with “the war is lost” and Harry the Hemorrhoid’s favorite ad homonym “loser”.
But with Bam-Bam the community organizer, no such foaming at the mouth.
Why do you suppose that is?"

It's a "good" war now because Obama is "good." It became immediately good the moment Obama was inaugurated.
You need to learn the post "1984" way. When the president is "good" by the spoiled and sheltered ivory tower elite standards, everything he does is automatically "good." What or who they like is good because they like it. What or who they hate is bad becasue they hate it.

It's passivity, and positivity--unity.
We must focus on the positive aspects and turn a blind eye to the realities of the loss of soldiers now.
We must look forward & move on! It's pacifism.

Obama's war in Afghanistan? Did Obama start a war in Afghanistan? I did not know that!

Keep track of the numbers Obama will lose this war.

Haven't you heard? This war is no longer a false flag operation! We are now trying to find Osama Bin Ladin!
Notice that they don't even tell us why we are in Afghanistan anymore?

>Bush started it, Obama has to clean it up!
can the president take the troops out or not?
Considering he said Afghanistan is the right war to be fighting I'm going to side with the "he owns it" at this point.

I hear the reports of soldiers deaths every day. The certainly report them still on NPR. Don't know where you get your news. And they are reported on the "left media" of MSNBC every day as well.
