Yes. Super is a great converter tool. I use it all the time.

The link to download is at the very bottom. It says 'Download SUPER setup file'. With it, you can convert files to many different other types of files. I find that the best thing to convert it video files to to make them work with the 2003 version of Movie Maker is the M-JPEG.
