What about side effects: weight gain or loss, skin (I have brown spots due to yrs on the pill) etc... If you would like to share experiences with me...

I had a tubal and didn't notice any side effects. They aren't taking any of your parts "out", they are just tying the tubes. You shouldn't notice any change at all. Your body won't know the difference.....same hormone levels, same periods, etc.

I have never heard of any weight issues being brought on by having a tubal ligation, nor skin problems either. Most people just have it done and no problems. Mine was uneventful also.
