She will gain wieght in these last weeks because this is when they put on the most fat. Try not to worry too much, if she isn't ready to come out she won't and that will buy you and the baby about 2 more weeks for the baby to grow before mandotory delivery. Sometimes those tests are not accurate. When my mother was pregnant with my sister they insisted she was too small, did weekly stress tests, and had my mother on bedrest. My sister was born on time and at 10lbs. Obviously this isn't the case for everyone, which is why they test. but it is possible that everything is fine. Sometimes they do,but at the end of your pregnancy babys gain a lit of there fat.so the baby could gain a little more.some babies are just smaller.if it's bigger than 6 pounds your baby will be dine to take home might even be 5 pounds depends on the doctor just try and not stress.best of luck.keep drinking that water

It may or it may not. I can imagine that if she doesnt gain weight soon that theyll want to take her out asap because shell have better chances in the nicu as opposed to in the uterus.
