Report them. Imagine how you'll feel when your kids start buying "harmless weed" and then graduate to harder, Class A drugs.

Too many people 'stay out of the problem' in respect of many crimes. That's one of the reasons why we have so many problems.

Add to that the fact that the majority of inquisitive crime (crime for financial gain, theft etc) is linked to drug use or dealing, then there is an obvious reason to put a stop to this kind of behaviour.

As for the community supporter thing, I assume you are referring to some kind of neighbourhood watch? I'm not certain but think you can get grants for this kind of thing.

Speak to your local Police and council who may be able to advise further.

Stay out of it, it's just a harmless plant - where's the trouble? If anyone sees you, word can get round that you're a snitch. You do not want to be a snitch, you'd be inviting trouble. I really, -really- doubt you'll get any money for it. I don't think small time street dealers are that high on the polices priorities to be honest.

Humm.. this is a tough decision.. who know this person who buying the drug could be your friend little brother. No one want to be convict of buying drug it will bad on future employment. However, you do not want those dealer to be selling drug on your street where your kids play at. So it tough. Hope you make the decision that you think is best!!!
