What do you know that you do not know?

The other day I didn't know what time it was, and I had what I thought was a justified true belief in the fact that I did not at that time know what time it was, so I asked guy #1. We were on the bus, and he didn't know, but he said that he would find out. When we got off the bus he went one way, and I went the other until he found guy # 2, who knew what time it was. No matter the fact that the time was a little later at that moment than at the time I had originally asked, I still wished to know the time, so he came back and told me that he now knew what the time was. I was glad for him. I still didn't know the time. Knowing how long its been since I last looked, I could make an educated guess as to what time it is, an educated guess based on my previous experiences with the supposed passage of time, and I could do some guess work as to how much I feel has happened since my last glance at a time piece, but right now, I'm pretty sure I have no clue as to what time it is, and even then, my clock might be off, and therefore not a very good source of information. I think its safe to say I hardly ever know what time it is...

This is more easily understandable if one considers the actual structure of an atom and the scale and placement of its components. If one takes into account the fact that the neutrons and protons form a dense cluster at the center of the atom and that the electrons orbit in such a way that huge spaces exist between them and the nucleus it becomes clear that the atoms that make up seemingly solid objects are made up of 99+ percent empty space at any given moment.
This alone does not seem too important until you add the idea that the atoms that make up many seemingly solid objects are more of a loose conglomeration that share a similar attraction but never really touch each other.
At first glance this does not really seem relevant, but closer analysis reveals that this adds a tremendous amount of empty space to solid objects that are already made up of atoms that could be thought of as 99 percent space. When so-called solid objects are seen in this light it becomes apparent that may not be the seemingly solid objects they appear to us to be.
We ourselves are not exceptions to this phenomenon.
These seemingly solid objects are more like ghostly images that we interpret as solid objects based on our perceptual conclusions.
From this one could conclude that Perception is some sort of a trick that helps us to take these ghostly images and turns them into a world we can associate and interact with. This clever device seems to be a creation of our intellect that enables us to interact with each other in what appears to be a three dimensional reality.
I want to add that this is based on my own personal way of looking at the situation and was never intended to be a physics lesson.

Currently, how to play the game of self-promotion in order to be "successful" in the world today. Just not a player.
There's a lot of things I don't know. The older I get, the longer the list.

Most questions considering our origin too.

Well I do not know all that I do not know, perhaps I have some ideas about what I do not know and I know that there is a lot which I do not know, technically I do not know what I do not know . .....but ....
I think this question is broken, could you fix it? ;)

the subject question is based on famous socrates mutterings: i know nothing except the fact of my ignorance.... " as for me, all i know is that i know nothing. .. the only true wisdom is in knowing you know nothing." i know that i am intelligent, because i know that i know nothing." wisdom begins in wonder. our knowing is based on our ignorance of not knowing ... a tamil saying from lady poet auvaiyar ... known is only handful. unknown to us is the very universe.

I know that I don't know why people think questions of this sort are worth asking.
