Would you choose money or happiness?

I doubt there are a lot of people that actually love their job regardless of the amount of money they make. So in that sense they're working for the money now. I don't think they would quit and go to a job with less pay even if it was more appealing job wise. Personally I'd stick to the money job.

I guess I'm fortunate in my income and job. I'M a contract faller for a

logging company. I like my employer, my job and my income.

Work at the unhappy job for a duration where you can save n then switch. Money would give you oppurnunity to choose rather than accept. There are lot of people who do work for money because that would make their family happy rather than earning much less & everyone unhappy. Circumstances .

Been there done that. No money is worth hatting your job, imagine waking up knowing you will hate what your about to go do, instead of waking up with a smile knowing you will have a great start to a beautiful day because you know you love what your doing.

I am versatile person. I choose Money during day and Happiness in the night.Both are good for health.

no, right now i hate my job. Id rather do something i love and do just for the fun of it. What money I get would be just a bonus.

You may love your job but are unable to improve your standard of living. e.g. good clothes, house etc. That compared to your friends you are sub-standard, then what good is loving your job?

But if you hate your job, why don't you think of changing it? May be the other job can bring you both, money, happiness and job satisfaction.

Happiness. Hating my job would just cause me to be grumpy. Getting more stressed would just worsen yourself as a person. Who would want that?! I wouldn't care about money after that.

i think your question itself is a bit confusing.

you are talking about 'happiness' but really you want to talk about 'peace of mind'.

you could purchase comforts and be happy. so happiness is always linked to money.

there is one more thing thats important in life which is health.

you have to always balance between money, peace of mind and health.

to me at least money comes last amongst the three.

Money. Not because money would buy me happiness. But because it would avoid all the suffering one has by not having it.
