Vancouver wedding locations.. not expensive please?

Question

My fiance and I want to marry in BC this August. What are some picturesque/scenic locations to have the ceremony that might be available on short notice, ideally in Vancouver area or within 2hr drive? It will be a very small and relatively brief ceremony (8-12 guests max), we are on a really really low budget?? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated (and 10 points for best answer!)

You can have your ceremony in the Quarry at Queen Elizabeth Park.  I'm not sure if you need a permit, or not, but you can contact the Vancouver Parks Board for more info. Ive attended weddings there that were lovely... If you want a seaside setting, Jericho Park is an option too.

My wife and I had a ceremony in the stone circle on top of Burnaby mountain. It is a short walk down and to the south-southwest of the main parking lot.

We did it in the early morning in the spring, and there were coyotes watching us from the distance.

Budget=zero.

perhaps there is a few place at UBC. The campus has proper grounds, and a type of homes to make a decision from. The Koerner's pub, to illustrate, has a good patio interior the back. Or the eating place above it (i won't be able to undergo in suggestions its call) is very amazing. SFU additionally has proper grounds. ohh... or Grouse Mountain. perhaps you should manage a deal for the gondola.
