Not the whole cable. There is just no bandwidth for that.
You can use a wireless video extender off a cable or satellite box though, if SD is fine. Some video extender systems include a remote relay, or you can get a separate remote extender.
XM can get away with it because the whole service uses something like 6 Mhz altogether. Cable TV uses 700 Mhz or so, on average.
