Quebec immigration question: living in Quebec on study permit expiring in autumn...?
my fiance's study permit expires this coming autumn, he has previously applied for CSQ (currently awaiting date for French interview but it's taking really long) in order to get his PR. He has a British university degree in aerospace engineering. He's an Indian citizen. What's the best way to speed up the process? Any advice, insights would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks.

you cannot speed up the process.
all immigration applications go into the queue and the queue moves slowly.
if his study permit expires and he has graduated, he can apply for a post graduate work permit that will allow him to get a job and work in Quebec.
If he has not yet graduated, then he needs to get the study permit extended ASAP. so he can finish his studies. Do it NOW!!!!
