Christians, who would you trust your child with before an Atheist?
Would you trust a Muslim more? A Buddhist? How about someone who has committed a few petty crimes? Or serious crimes?
This is a serious question as polled Americans trust Atheists less than just about anyone.

Personally the character of the person and the relationship I have with them is more important than their faith. But this has been surveyed:

Edit: Actually, according to this source, atheists are the SECOND least trusted minority in the US. Thanks, Scientologists!

As an otherwise very normal, educated bisexual atheist with no criminal record, I assume I wouldn't be trusted by a christian. It's those two parts, bisexual and atheist, it ruins everything :D

That's like asking if I would trust my kid more with a black person or a mexican. What the hell does it matter who i leave my kid with as long as they are good people?
Oh but the *Christians* won't like leaving their kids with any other religion for fear they will convert them into worshiping satan -big eye roll-.

Atheiest really arnt mean people they just seem mean on this yahoo site because believers are always attacking the nonbelievers and vise versa. Their just regular people that have different thougts on life

I would trust all equally except for the criminals. I would also take their character into consideration.
