I am planning to start a very very small chocolate business. 
will you help me find a store around metro manila where i can buy wholesale chocolates for a cheap price?

the chinese wholesaler groceries in front of Quintin Market.Quiapo ilalim. I love that place. But beware of the muslims there, You might encounter me there and you have to treat me with shawarma or else, i will make you lost your bearings and you can't return back home unless you wear your clothes inside out, (tama ba sa english un baligtarin ang damit?)LOL!

Have you considered going to Baguio to buy those "choco-flakes" directly from the manufacturer?  Those things are delicious!  They'd sell really well further south, if only someone exported more of them.
