Can a Halo 3 xbox message contain a virus?

No, dont worry. people only send those screen shots because they think they will get recon armor if they send it to a certain amount of people. I am 100% sure there is no virus.

Not a virus per say Moose Boy but something like one. If you are playing Halo 3, people can send you a message that is a link to a screen-shot on their file share. I highly suggest you check it out after you finish your match. Recently there have been pictures that have been sent in a similar sense, but once opened it can freeze your xbox causing you to drop out of the game by turning it off.

There are also maps that if downloaded can hack your internet connection. One is a Map on Foundry with the word exactly shown like this

Nope, I get a lot of those messages, not to worry. No one can send you a virus nor hack accounts through messages. They can only hack your account if you get your password. No need to worry you should be fine.

lol. Just people showing off or sumthing about recon armour(which honestly isnt that great. It makes u look like a turtle :S). Halo 3 is pretty bugged out. Its safe so your fyne.

perhaps you will desire to make some acquaintances! in simple terms kidding. in simple terms bypass to matchmaking and p.c.. a pastime variety and do "initiate matchmaking:" attempt reading the instruction manual/instruction manual next time, it makes existence much less stressful. additionally open the "acquaintances" menu and bypass to the tab or some thing with present day gamers and deliver invites to those people. they in many cases settle for you after which you would be able to initiate enjoying custom video games and stuff that are somewhat relaxing.
