it will be called Alvin and the Chipmunks 2: The Squeakquel

The films teaser premiered with Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian. In the trailer, the Chipmunks are seen singing the 20th Century Fox theme while Alvin on another platform jumps to Simon and Theodore and almost makes Theodore fall but he is grabbed by the tail by Simon.

totally, and I'm uber excited about it. I've been following the chipmunks since 2007, when I saw the first teaser during the simpson's movie, and now I follow every little thing they do. and yes, it will feature the Chipettes. and the main question on everyone's mind is, "What will the Chipettes look like??" =)
