My Macbook won't start up?

The thing is it froze, so I force quit it, and not when I restart it it stops at the blue screen when the cursor reappears. And I've tried nearly all the troubleshooting from the mac site that I could. Anyone know how to fix it?

By the way, I'm using my sister's computer right now , before someone asks a stupid question.

    Get a pc. It just works.
