Under which circumstances would it be acceptable,...?
... that everything in the universe is deterministic, including all of our perceptions, thoughts, feelings, decisions and deeds?
If our thinking wouldn't be a quantum effect, but could be explained using chemistry and electricity, it should be determined.
And I don't want to question that here, but ask instead: What would you need to make peace with this state of affairs?
@rob. It is. That's the reason why you can use brain interfaces to control a robot arm and such.

and yes i d say everything in the universe happens at a calibur according to some deterministic variable such as chemical compounds and such
Also peace is impossbile, there will always be crazy people to craze up the world with their crazy crazy chemical reactions
